Cheat Sheet for Proactive Collaboration With Special Parents

So you start or continue the year on a collaborative and positive note with parents of kids with special needs without digging deep or try to remember all the infos (you're brain is full enough!)

This free cheat sheet will allow you to...

  • Have all the information easily on hand in one single place to refer to when needed (it's so easy to forget when you are responsible for so many children)
  • Leave some space for the parent(s) to express their concern so they feel heard and the collaboration can move forward
  • Have a structured and short way to share informations with the parents to allow everyone to be heard
  • Make sure you understand the situation in the same way to collaborate in the child best interest

Hi, I'm Anouk!👋

I'm a mom of 3 emotionally intense kids, I have a master's in social work and I’ve been supporting parents for 15 years (and that's how long I've been a mom!).

Doing so I collaborated both professionally and personally with countless day care and schools to find a middle ground where everyone could work together in the child best interest.

I now support parents of emotionally intense kids for whom nothing in the “general parenting advice” seems to work so they feel confident in trying different things that fit their kids' needs better.

Anouk was very attentive and understanding, she had a lot of ideas to combine routine with self care. Particularly eye opening I found the idea of redefining self care and exploring what self care can mean for you when you have kids. Thanks a lot for listening and sharing your experience with me, Anouk.”

Anouk's class has been a blessing in disguise. What I love most about her teaching is how "real" she is about her work and what she does. Of course, the good stuff is there too, but it's nice to know that everyone (even the best) is human too!
