  1. Day 1: Help them calm down - Explore techniques to help your chidl regulate themselves in the hard moments, but most importantly that can help prevent and reduce outbursts

    Goal of the day: They also want to feel calm, let's find ways that works for THEM!A section to assess the relationship of that other parent/caregiver with you child
  2. Day 2: Why is YOUR child emotionally intense? - Possible cause (or clues) of why your child could be emotionally intense and understand a bit more the reaction in their body

    Goal of the day: They feel bad, they are not bad, let's try to figure out why!
  3.  Day 3: Stay Calm Yourself - As much as we want to find solution for our kids, the only way to be able to go through life with one (or many) emotionally intense kids is to regulate ourselves first. So day 3 is all about finding ways to do just that! And let's be honest, anything that helps us calm can be apply to our kids too.

    There's a few talks about why it's necessary, but practical exercise, so you can sample ways to regulate yourself and find the ones that work for you.

    Goal of the day: You need to regulate yourself first, let's find ways that works for YOU and that are sustainable long term!
