What's the content exactly?

  1. Core information to help you better understand your child, support them in regulating their emotions and stay calm yourself even when things are intense
  2. Individualized support to clarify and choose the right solutions for YOU and YOUR family to make parenting your emotionally intense child easier (and calmer)
  3. I'll give you tips and ideas, but I'll mostly support you in trusting that you already know your child best, you've been thought to judge and doubt your parenting intuition but it's still there and invaluable!
  4. Bonus information and exercises to help you deepen your family connection even in the middle of the intensity and navigate internal and outside judgement
  5. Practical tools and journal prompts to apply what you learn 
  6. Coming soon: Access to a peer support community that I'll facilitate, but you're the ones who can support each other the best in a day to day basis, so your participation is essential for this part to be really valuable (will open when there's enough interested members to actively join in that part of the membership)

    • Access to the membership platform
    • All the details of what's included and how to access it
    • Emails for the podcast version of the content and bonus content (make sure you check your spam, they have a tendency to hide there). 

FAQ

  1. Is this just for moms? No, it's for all parents and caregivers. 
  2. Can my parter access it too? There's no added fee for the other parent of the same family to access the information. There will be only one discussion tread, you could share it if you want but that could prove complicated. If you want to both participate, please reach out to me and we'll explore the options. 
  3. What if I don't want to continue? You pay monthly and you can cancel anytime, you'll keep access to the end of the month you paid for and wont be charged again.
